I was a security guard for this company, if you're looking for work... STAY AWAY FROM EPIC SECURITY!!! The CEO, Ron Fielder, DOES NOT PAY EMPLOYEES ON TIME!!!

Payday is every other Monday (bi-weekly), sometimes I had to wait 3 days or more to get a check. This company has no benefits for employees and does not offer direct deposit.

Epic Security has a lot of bad business practices if I could rate this company zero stars, I would.

If a holiday falls on payday... Sorry... You're not getting paid!

I would go to work early everyday and be on time, I followed all my job duties and orders according to the employee guidelines. I did my part... all I wanted was to be paid on time.

I can't tell my bill collectors... "Oh sorry, I didn't get paid today!"

Ron Fielder, CEO if you want to keep loyal and happy employees you need to pay your workers early and on time!
