Very poor customer service. Paid $700.00 in cash for a washer/Dryer. Paid in cash because that's all they would take as payment . After the installation, there is suppose to be a 90 day warranty. Well, I haven't washed one load of clothes because the machine won't lock or the lock is not working on it, so it will not start. No one answers the phone to assist with any "warranty ". I have to seek legal action to enforce the warranty. Dont waist your time with these people...they are not professional and this is at any location they have. They are money seekers without accountability. 10310 Telephone Rd location sucks!
