I was extremely disappointed by the lack of service. I ordered #16 on the menu, and got something quite horrible. I'm used to eating my basil FRESH at every Thai restaurant I've been to. My dish had hardly any basil, and it was not at all good. When I mentioned this to them, they claimed that fresh basil was hard to come by, and that most Americans don't like basil, anyways. HELLO? If I didn't want basil, I won't order BASIL & BEEF. They didn't offer to "fix" the dish. Instead, they said the next time I return, I should mention to the waiter that I want the dish as it is on the menu... What I don't understand, is that if I ordered what is on the menu, why in the world would you adjust my meal in the first place? And if you do, why don't you tell me UP FRONT that that is what you are doing?Poor service, poor food.... stick to NIT NOI.
