Provided by YP.comI just recently moved to the community and so far things are not so bad. At first I was a little unsettle because the apartment I moved in was not what I expected in view of the model I had seen. However, after talking to Maria and completing my walk through sheet, maintenance came out remove the cabinet put more flooring, painted the wall, moved a couple of other things around and made some minor repairs I like the apartment much better. Plus I have a view of the pool. The home is smaller so I had to downsize but I probably needed that anyway. Maria was very helpful and very nice through the process. So far its been quite. My complaints are that I have to buy ice or ice trays because I don't have a frig that makes ice which I think is outdated. My upstairs neighbor really walks hard (LOL) I am downstairs. The entry gate is always open which means anyone at anytime can enter. And at sometime in future management should consider putting washer/dryers in the units. Otherwise I don't have anything negative to say about Fairfield Trails, I have only been here for a couple of weeks. Thanks
