I would recommend that you stay away from this repair shop if all possible!

Anytime you take a vehicle in they immediately ask if you want to leave it. They interrupt you as you try to explain the problem. I took my car in for a check engine light. After 6 hours of diagnostics they told me I needed a new engine. I took the car to another place and they cleaned a VTec valve and it was fixed. The valve did not even need to be replaced just cleaned. Ferranti's did not put my console back together. They laid the keys that were on the console just to the side and they fell in the hole that was created by the part they did not put back in.
