I am sorry you feel that way, Raymond. We resolved the matter with your company and decided it was best to move on to keep ourselves distanced from conflict. Judging from your post, I see we did the right thing. Only one company has reported us to the BBB, NiteLite. The parts installed on your unit were brand new. We do offer warranty on our repairs of at least 30 days. Your repairs were done in March of 2013. Your complaint here is 22 months later. If your unit only now broke down, I would say that is pretty good.

This place sucks. They didnt want to do business with us because they said someone from our company reported them to the better business beaurau? Are you freaking kidding me!? How petty and childish. Here you go guys now you can have some more official reports. Now time to rate this poor business model to local.google.com, yelp, and scam alert. By the way, the last repairs you did on our fork lift were wrong, and parts were bad. Thanks.
