I went there yesterday to get my eyebrows done for my 15. I did not like how the lady made my eyebrows so thin never never going back to this place.

I just went there today for my eyebrows and I am extremely mortified! I told the lady before she did it that I do not want it thin, and she made them so thin. Keep in mind I could understand them too, I heard say it vietnamese that she wanted it thin referring to me. I sat in my car and looked at my eyebrows I just could not believe what I paid for, so I went back in and told them I feel like I should not be paying for this. The girls called her back up front and she started mumbling words in Vietnamese instead of apologizing she wanted and insist on making me feel uncomfortable. And the girl who worked their had no type of professionalism they insist her to talk me because I understand her. She was calling me out of my names, and that was my breaking point. This salon I been there a while back for my eyebrows so I thought I could go again. Honestly I would have went back but they had prove to me they have no type of care of customer service.

So I have been coming for the last 5 years I even brought my family n friends. This last time I went I was told the one person who does designs would no longer do my nail design because I am too picky. Nevermind the fact that I am paying! Of course if I don't like will ask for you to redo it (a design not the nail). I had her redo the design 2xs and one of those times I decided not to get a design at all, they closed the register so I didn't ask for the money back A lot of the time there would be a rough part on my nail, of course if I noticed it I would say something (who wouldn't)? And they were always nice and would fix it. This last time she said in English and loud enough for me to hear (on purpose) "it's always something with u". They didn't put the clear polish to the cuticle so I brought that to her attention. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I love this place. They are very gently, they didn't cut me not once... This is the only place I will go to get my nails done!
