They are horrible. I found a piece of metal in my gelato and I called them and this guy named Keifer picked up and was like asking me to describe the piece of metal. Are you not worried if I swallowed it? He said he doesn't know what he can do about it. He said he didn't care and hung up on me. How rude.. Then I called back and was like I want to talk to a manager. Then a hispanic guy said there's no manager there. Then I asked for the managers number. Then the hispanic guy said that Keifer WAS the manager. They just keep playing games...wow. NEVER WILL I EVER GO AGAIN! The one on 1960.
