The pizza is great, and the new location on Holcombe is better than the one on Kirby. Along with the pizza, the pasta and salads are amazing.

I ordered a large, thick-crust Fuzzy's Special Pizza a couple of months ago. The pizza is very thin and soggy toward the center. I showed it to the manager. He insisted that it is the way it supposed to be. Since I ordered the same pizza many times before, I don't believe manager's story. So I asked for the owner. The owner admitted that they used a small dough to make the large pizza. So he gave me $10.00 back for the $22.00 pizza. The SAME THING HAPPED AGAIN today. The owner is not in. The manager refused to take the pizza back. And the pizza tasted awful. How can they treat a loyal customer like this? I don't understand the business model.
