I had my car repaired here at the suggestion of a friend. In spite of my first impressions after arriving here, I decided to give the owner a chance since he did offer a better price than the quote I was given at another repair shop. I have to admit that the quality of work was pretty good for the price and the owner worked with me on the payments since I was dealing with two insurance companies to get compensated for the damages. Don't let the exterior of the business fool you.

Gessner Auto tech is the best. I brought my Mercedes and they took care of it so good. it looks like it came from factory.

I would recommend this business to everyone. Very detailed orientated, professional, personable, honesty & helpful. My vehicle was in an accident & they took care of my baby (my car)with gray care. She looks great like new again. Taking care of my deductible helped me out so much. They kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle even showed me the old parts to ensure they replaced with new parts. If your vehicle is in a wreck take it to them they will take great care of you. The owner is a sweetheart I couldn't ask for anything more.

They lost my front housing light, The logo , it takes 9 months to repair my car. The owner sweet but he lied about prices , be careful his scheme of 25.000 job dealer idea. Get receipt when you paid , and pay when the work done. Asked additional $160 for the windshield work after they promised it is already included. UPDATED : They offer airbag services and alligment, none of them done. Also the body work didnt finish with final wax. The body works made problem with the brakes. I am not try to tell lies but this is really serious problem with this body shop store There is a dent on the right rear that they didnt notice us. I really want to make sure that we tell all as honest as we can. I am adding this review to protect everyone who looking for body shop. Be clear , be sure how much will it cost,be sure get all written works list on paper and be sure you check everything that have been done. I have to put my first bad review on this company because i am 100% sure what i experiences with this body shop. UPDATED : Extremely need to avoid , they came to my store and asked to remove my review and asking what i want. too late for now. i spent more money to the paint and damage that i get.

If you are reading this post because you are searching for a body shop that is relatively cheap but yet performs reasonably good work or better without getting ripped off, then you might want to continue reading my experience with Gessner Auto Tech. First, no one has paid or asked me to write this post. I am writing because I am an extremely satisfied customer though I was very hesitant to do business with them in the beginning. Let me explain.



Your first impression pulling up and weaving throw the unevenly parked cars and perhaps wreckage from previously repaired vehicles is likely to go out the same way you came in and I would have probably done just that if someone had not parked behind me. Appearance wise it is not the most upkept facility. However, if you are willing to look past the less than perfect groundskeeping, you will be glad you did.



First, before I explain the extent of the damage to my car, let give you some background. I come from a long line of auto body tradesmen in my family. When I was younger my father owned a paint and body shop. To make a long story short, I understand the auto body repair business and an eye for quality.



My car damage: I was hit in the passenger side door the extended damage to the front fender and lower quarter panel. The door, door post, and fender had to be replaced. Approximately 3 weeks later the repairs were completed.



Again, an eye for auto body repair quality, here's what I looked for:



- I looked at all the gaps between the hood, fender and door for even alignment – perfect!

- I looked for a smooth open and door shut – perfect!

- I looked down the side of the door and quarter panel for any uneven body work – perfect!

- I looked for sand paper scratches in the paint which usually reflects improper prep work before painting – perfect!

- I looked for any orange peel effects in the paint – perfect!

- I checked for over-spray on parts and windows that wasn't painted - perfect!



The craftsmanship and detail that went into the preparation of my car is as equally if not better than a large dealership (and of course much cheaper). I am absolutely giddy about the finished product! Without reservation nor hesitation, I can strongly recommend Gessner Auto Tech.



By the way, they paid my deductible!

Al did a great job with my car they didnt take long at all to fix my car. I recommend alot of people to take there wreck cars to AL they do a wonderful job . I wrecked my bmw in the front and it looks like a brand new car again i havent had any problems with my car at all . Wonderful Job!!
