If your looking for great customer service & to be treated professionally this dealership is not it! I was treated/was service poorly by Uriel Gonzalez. Aubrey Cooke isn't any better, I've been trying to reach (Aubrey) for a week left several messages, I guess I am not important enough and my business is not appreciated. What does it take to speak to someone regarding the treatment I received? Beyond frustrated!

Terrible experience. One star is generous. They left us sitting at a desk for an hour before they even responded to our offer. Salesman messed up paperwork and the sale. STAY AWAY

My salesman Kevin Smith (Chrysler, dodge, jeep) was a pleasure to work with. I went in prepared with a list of cars (Honda) that I was interested in. Kevin made it happen for the price that I wanted, terms, and I received a great bumper to bumper warranty. I was in and out in around 3hrs (mostly me changing vehicles lol I went in refusing to put anything down). He was very knowledge on their cars, and was very professional. Even Moe in finance got me a great interest rate. He was a pleasure to work with as well. I must admit I am one happy customer. I highly recommend that you use Kevin Smith for your car buying experience!!!

If I could give the dealership a negative star I most definitely would. I typically do not bother doing reviews for any business, but this dealership has caused my life so much stress in the past month. We bought a certified pre-owned 2011 Jeep from here and after a 3rd trip to the dealership, I finally got to drive it home. Then the next day I could smell oil burning and could hear a noise. Find out the fly wheel cover is missing. After arguing with them all day the second day and not receiving calls back from Matt Chapman they finally agree to let me bring it in. Well the night before we were to bring it in it breaks down and catches on FIRE. If it would let me post pictures and the video on here I would. They have done nothing but jack around and could care less about customer satisfaction. Needless to say it was filed on my insurance and they are wanting to get paid for the finance loan AS IF they actually financed this vehicle. They are taking NO responsibility for obviously selling me a faulty vehicle. And are still holding my $3,000 down payment and trying every possible way to figure out how NOT the give me the whole amount back. There is so much more that I could say that this dealership has done to my family in this situation, but it would probably not all fit in this box. This dealership is so SHADY and I WOULD NOT recommend anyone going here for anything unless you want to get screwed over. After seeing all these negative reviews about them I DO NOT know how they stay in business and that the owners could allow such careless people to work here.

Travis Parker plays games stay away from that business ! They are con artist!
