I have been a customer for over five years. They've always been able to see me quickly. The work is good and you can't beat the value anywhere.

They cut my daughters bangs halfway up her forhead the weekend before school starts. I just asked for a clean up to a cut she did last time and instead of side bangs she started cutting straight across. Not going back, very disappointed. I tried to explain that my daughter likes thicker bangs and needs more hair pulled from back, she said but that goes there and i said yes but she wears it this way so please accommodate, I even asked my daughter to show her how she parts it and she would put it back the wrong way. After explaining a 3rd time she literally walked away to the back of the room, then came back to try to salvage this haircut that she did her way.Its been tricky before to explain how we want our hair, we always feel like they kind of do what they want anyway but its reasonably priced and its never to bad.But no more, I paid and didn't argue because im a Christian but my family and I wont be returning.
