PT 2.because they forgot to charge it to us...they're demanding all of these things but can't even have a community running properly. I personally don't want to give a thing. The office staff love to say that there's so many problems because this is a new community but my last apartments were brand new and I didn't experience HALF of these issues. There are just too many issues, inconsistencies, and inconveniences on this property. I am not a happy resident.

PT 1. I moved to this community in July and it's now December.These by far have to be the worst. Reading the other review I'm glad /shocked to see that I wasn't the only one dealing with the exact same issues.THE MICE PROBLEM. I experienced the same thing in my actual home. When I brought up the mice issue, the staffed act as if it was unheard of. They came and sprayed for the mice after I called twice. I then put out poison because in my eyes spray just want enough. aside from that I felt blind sided by all of the additional fees that I now have to pay every month. The price I'm paying just isn't worth it especially seeing that the parking here is ATROCIOUS. The community isn't even done yet and there's literally nowhere to park after 10 let alone 12am. I came home this past Sunday late around 2 am and literally took the last parking spot which was all the way in the back. I'm a young lady so walking from the back of the community to the front isn't safe. To add to that I'll emphasize again that the community isn't even done so what is going to happen with parking when it is complete?! I have no where to park and I also can't have guest over because there isn't anywhere for them to park. Besides the mice and parking issue I've also dealt with coming home late,3am and the gate wasn't working. I called the 24 hour number to let them know and I was told that I would have to wait an hour before someone would get there. That brings me to the question as to why there isn't any onsite maintenance? Luckily I had somewhere to go...another issue that goes back to the extra monthly fee's, they switched their portal system which I guess stored payment information. I've had a charge on my account that can't be explained. In my eyes ive been charged something that I shouldn't have. I've called to get this resolved and emailed through the portal and yet it's still on there. They also switched water companies and every resident had a additional fee they had to pay within 3 days

Go to YELP & read the comments as well as the ones that are hiden! If I could give them a ZERO I would! I wish we'd NEVER moved in. THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED IN. These are not upscale apts & are asking for WAY TO MUCH MONEY FOR THE QUALITY! It's like paying Hollywood prices to live in the hood
NOT Insulated properly you hear ALL the street noise & people talking outside.
Patios not private as advertised
- NOT Secure gates are always open or you can walk thru gates. Security codes never work so you don't know if guests can get in. We came into our apt one day & someone was in it claimed they had a maint. request & we didn't req. maint. The office didn't have any kind of request.
We have had rats, mice and ants.
Customer service friendly they've have different people working for them every week.
Maint. req. are NEER handled.

It's horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Looks good from the outside. ITS LIKE YOUR OVER PAYING TO LIVE IN THE HOOD. There is no security. The gates are always opened. There is always trash left for days outside. The amenities look nice but you can't rent the club house for functions and your locker out after 5 when everyone leaves. There are rats in our apts. & the ants are uncontrollable. Its obvious they used VERY cheap material to build the complex. They try to convince you there will be plenty of parking & theirs not. Elevators broken. The apartments aren't insulated. We can hear the street from where we live & it's very hard to sleep. Our apartment stays very hot & bills are high. These apts should not cost more than $1700 at the most. All kinds of people hang out in the complex. The pool is a joke! They advertise private patios. Nothing private about any of the patios.
