I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE TWO WEEKS BEFORE AND SHE SAID THAT SHE APOLOGIZES AND ASKED ME WHAT DATE I TOLD HER N SHE SAID SHE WOULD GIVE IT TO THE PERSON THAT DOES THE PARTY PLANNING AND HAVE HER TO CALL ME. I CALLED FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT AND KEPT GETTING THE SAME PERSON AND SHE SAID SHE STILL HAS NOT CALLED U AND I SAID NO. I TOLD HER THAT WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL THAT THE PARTY PLANNER HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK. I WAS TRYING TO ASK HER SOME QUESTIONS BUT SHE DID NOT KNOW ALL THE DETAILS ABOUT PARTY PLANNING BUT SHE DID TELL ME IF I WANTED TO BRING A CAKE IN I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM $25 TO BRING IN A CAKE. I TOLD HER THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR MY CAKE AND THEN PAY TO BRING IT IN AND SHE SAID YES. I TOLD HER THAT WAS CRAZY! LONG STORY SHORT I DID NOT HAVE MY PARTY THERE CAUSE NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I DIDNT LET THAT STOP ME. I BOOKED MY PARTY SOME WHERE ELSE AND I HAD A BLAST!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI had lunch there on a Friday afternoon, the prices, food, atomsphere, and service was o.k. However, the same Friday evening, I attended a dinner party. The food was o.k.. Several persons attending the dinner party was very, very, dissapointed with the food, service, and one large bill for the entire party. The waitress insisted on one bill for this large party which caused nothing but confusion. My credit card and another person's credit card where issued by the same agency. The waitress charged the bills on opposite cards, not once but twice which caused problems of double billing. I spoke with the manager on duty, which to him was no big problem. He never stated that he was "sorry for the inconvience", or "if there was anything that he could do to make the situation better. He simply said he would go over to the register to make sure the waitress didn't charge the cards for the third time." I explain what I felt on his behalf was "Poor Management skills", He then stated "well I have some pie here for you." The pie didn't and could never amount to excellent Management skills.

Provided by YP.comI had lunch here and the atmosphere was very nice. It is a very nicely decorated place. It has more of a bar, club, hangout, etc. atmosphere to me, than it does a restaurant feel. I believe it will be known more for a bar than a restaurant. I may not come here if I'm really hungry. The lunch menu is very limited. We asked to see the dinner menu and it was, too. The food was OK. Honestly, I was not impressed, but this was just their first week of being open and hopefully it will get better IF that's their focus for the place. If not, like I said, it's looks like a great place to just hangout. The manager was also very nice and wanted to know what our opinion was, which was a good sign that they want to please the customer and are looking for improvement and/or suggestions on service. I will go back! They have live bands and singers, a cigar room plus a Sunday Brunch that I need to try!
