I've been a customer of Hall's for sometimes now, he will only fix & charge me for what's broken without trying to make a small job into a big one for more money, i ask him how could someone claim that about him on the other reviews? His answer was those review had to come from his home warranty work he is contracted out to do, it's only so much work they'll pay for & sometimes not only the warranty is blamed the customer gets upset with him when he is not allowed to fix a request but still has to charge a sevice fee by agreement.

Scheduling, common courtesy and customer service are not a priority to this company. Maybe it was because I am a woman.. WHO KNOWS. I dont want to find out.. so I've cancelled their service! I am not sure of their quality of "plumbing" services as I have chosen not to use this company. Good Luck to anyone should you chooses to. Ive never been so insulted.. WOULD YOU CHOOSE A COMPANY IF THEY HUNG UP ON YOU??

Beware! Hall's Plumbing Company does not do satifactory work. Not only is he not the one to call, his work is unprofessional and he takes advantage of people (especially women and/or

senior citizens).
