Provided by YP.comI have NEVER lived in a worse apartment complex. The place is always dirty (trash everywhere). People have parties at all hours of the day and night and parking is horrendous. My car was damaged due to the poor parking conditions. A large truck tried to park next to my car in a space that was not a parking spot and hit my car doing over $1,300 worth of damage. I can no longer drive my car. The front office is also known to do things without giving ANY notice. Half of the parking lot was closed off one night without any notification to the residents. Many did not know what to do and simply blocked in other cars in order to park. The water will also be turned off without notice being given. Things are constantly breaking in different areas around the apartment complex.
In addition, you may be offered a good initial rent but the rent will be raised on you as soon as they can. After our year contract was up we were charged an additional $50 a month to do a 6 month lease. Once that was over we were charged an additional $70 a month to do a month to month lease (we were trying to move out and month to month was the only way to do so). After a few months we gave out move out date. As soon as we gave that we were asked to pay an additional $40 a month simply because we gave our required 60 day notice.
This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The maintenance staff are the only people that I have anything good to say about. They are very kind. The apartment manager is not reliable and rude (he will commit to do things and not follow through).
