About Harrigan Energy Partners, Inc Tom Harrigan founded Harrigan Energy Partners, Inc in 1998 as an oil and gas investment vehicle. Tom has been in the business since 1981. He worked as an independent landman until he joined American Exploration Company in 1986. At American Exploration Company, Tom was involved in over $500 million in oil and gas property transactions in a variety of positions. Tom joined Sabco Oil and Gas Corporation in 1997 as Land/Acquisitions Manager and remained with Sabco until joining Harrigan Energy Partners, Inc full time in 2004. Tom is a member of the Independent Producer's Association of America, the American Association of Professional Landmen and is a member and director of the Houston Association of Professional Landmen.
