ACPS and Dr. Mentz were once the premier cosmetic surgery practice in the state of Texas. Sadly in the last decade the professionalism of the staff, and DrMentz himself have deteriorated considerably.

Biggest complaints:

* postoperative infection
* Over Application of fillers, resulting in a "fake "look
*rudeness and unprofessionalism of the office staff

Dr Mentz's patient coordinator, Anna Lisa , Actually had the audacity to tell me that I don't look anything like my picture from 15 years ago . And this girl is supposed to be a patient coordinator at a cosmetic surgery practice?

My friend had a rhinoplasty was Dr. Mentz and he is now on his third operation to correct the bad job.

Caveat emptor!!!

total was 18,440 $

coordinator asked for full payment to arrange consultant appointment ?!

NOSE: right side not as left one. solution was steroid! its for inflammation not to correct mistakes!

BUCCAL: no result, so he said buccal fat as big as olive oil, result won’t be obvious! swelling as reason is better!

LIP FILLER: I had it during the surgery, other clinic give it for 400, when I told them they said cuz its under anesthesia?! I am having the anesthesia anyway as I did other surgeries. then they said cuz you asked for another one and we didn't charge

Lipo: belly is fine. Thigh has one flat side & the other is more round.

All in all, the experience was very annoying & disappointing from the starting to the end.

I chose this doctor and accept his price & rules to get great final look, not to have another so so look that need other surgeries to be good!!

Yes doctors, its your business to make money from patients but remember, your are dealing with live body and person's life!
