I was looking forward to this day, due to my unusually high workload. The ambiance of the building is impressive. The soup was delicious. Then came the main course. I have no idea why the chef prepared the turkey, first in brine, and then covered it with a dark, salty sauce. The meat had at least 5,000 mg of salt. It was dark and very unappetizing. Now, two hours later the coners of my mouth hurt from salt burns. The dressings came in a pair. One was oyster, which was salty, strong, and fishy. The other dressing was palatable. The yams were also edible. But, nothing green was present on the plate. We took the food home. We could not finish the meal.

At home, I tried the dessert. It was an overstatement. Why couldn't the chief just serve pecan pie? Instead, it was covered in chocolate???? A tough crust and the filling was carmelized?

My son treated me to this meal. I know this was very expensive. But we both wondered? Did the chief sit down and eat his meal he prepared? Did he even explore the way foods work together? And the salt?????? One taste, and anyone could have told him it was a failure.

I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone.
