I originally called to get some information on their parts, but because I am a homeowner they would not sell to me. They did however redirect me to a builder in my area. I was able to order their parts closer to home at a really good price.

House of Forgings has a really large collection of material. From my experience, almost every baluster can be ordered in any of their finishes, and they even do custom finishing.

I called to figure out which shoes would match the twist series balusters. The reps were incredibly knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect baluster shoes.

This company has one of the largest selections of balusters and finishes. The oil rubbed bronze looks incredible on all of them!
