We used this service for a refrigerator repair in September 2015 that was very costly. Three months later January 1st and the same thing happened. The company website is no longer and their phone numbers are all different. I have called and asked for service only to be put off until two days. Second full refrigerator of food lost. I was told the repair man is no longer employed by this company----do not use them, not reliable nor professional I give them a -1 star
