From the very first phone call the staff was very patient and informative. I was given so much to work with and didn't feel rushed. All of my follow-up questions were answered as well. I will update my review over time.

2014 decided to use a frozen embryo. I didn't even get to talk to the dr until I was laying on the table with my legs spread open for my transfer. There was no discussion about my health or the quality of embryo or if I should transfer more than one.. I asked about the quality of the embryo and got a very vague response. During the procedure she talked about herself and I had no idea what was going on. Following I found out I had a difficult procedure not told by the dr finding out through a copy of my records!! Staff is very unknowledgeable and I felt as though I was more educated about things then her staff! Very non compassionate office. Would NOT recommend this office it was a terrible experience!

Dr. Sonja Kristiansen THE BEST EVER! She is down to earth, has the best prices in town and is ranked second in the state!

Dr. Sonja Kristiansen MD is GREAT!! She is down to earth and has the only all female staff. I felt uncomfortable talking to a man about fertility issues. Her staff are friendly and competent. BTW she has the best prices in town. She is one of the few Fertility Specialists that is Board Certified in Fertility and instituting IVF procedures.
