We took our kids there because it said that it was newly remodeled and under new management. Well the ticket counter location and the arcade area are about the only thing changed about this place. The playport was dirty and in BIG need to be CLEANED....the tunnel slide smells like vomit and the ballpits look like they are the vester ground for some nasty germs! For such a huge place the 'A/C' (fans attached to the walls) is non-existent and it was more humid/hot inside than outside on a July summer day. The Go-Carts were probably the only decent thing, however you couldn't get one way around the track without the operator stopping them to fix one of the cars. This place needs to be shutdown and either completely overhauled or torn down and rebuilt. It is a shame because the place is good size and with the right planning has great potential.
