Dec 14th we called for repair on our door, springs. Repairman Dewayne arrived, repaired, it worked, he left, then it broke again! He did not tighten the set screw, so the door caught causing it to go crooked and splitting the top panel. Our door is the original wood door, about 44 years old and has served us well. The same repairman came back the next day and said we needed a rep to evaluate. Rep showed up 5 days later, said we need a new door and chrgs. for repair will go to cost of new door. They told us they would install this week after Christmas on Dec 28th or 29th. Today (Dec 27th) we were told it may be Jan 20th!! We have to keep our cars out of the garage in fear of it falling on them and my husband has to manually open and shut the door! (During Christmas we had to take food back and forth to our other fridge in the garage.) He has had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders in the past few years but I'm afraid this may cause further damage to his shoulder(s) and may result in a shoulder replacement surgery. Waiting now on a call back to see what can be done to speed up installation. I will update as soon as I find out what they are going to do about this.

You can't trust this company warranty is a rip off technician is rude will give you one price over the phone charge you 6x more once they get to your house lifetime warranty on parts is very deceiving

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had two garage doors installed, tech didn't install opener buttons for either opener, he left a pile of trash from the install, never mailed receipt for service as promised, I had to purchase wall buttons for both openers and install myself after tech repeatedly didn't show up to finish the job, 2 months later I had to have a reputable company come out and tune up the garage doors AGAIN because it wasn't done right in the first place.

I called to have my spring replaced. These guys where the cheapest by far. No bait and switch. They were honest and no pushy sales. Definitely will use them again.

This was the second company that we called out to fix our garage door, so I was naturally a little skeptical when they arrived. I turned out to be pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. The guy arrived on time, and was very friendly. He explained everything to me before he started working and gave me a very fair price. I will defiantly use them again.
