I was at this location today and noticed a Hispanic employee drinking some kind of beverage. I think it was an alcoholic beverage. I think he was a manager, because of his attire. He was dressed different from the rest of the employees.

I completely agree! I went in this store asking about lava rock, and the person helping me had no clue what I was talking about. When I asked if she could call other Houston Garden Centers to check, she honestly just looked at me with a blank stare and said nothing, her mouth gaping open. I asked if there was anyone else in the store who would be able to answer my questions. She found another person who just handed me the phone number of a manager that I could call later. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. These workers were mute and dumb! They should be fired because they are causing the store to lose business.
