I went to Houston Nails today, and will NOT be returning. This was one of the worst pedicures I have ever received. The polish was applied sloppily, and I'm not sure a shiny top coat was applied. And even though she quickly scrubbed my feet, my heels are still cracked and the rest of my foot did not get thoroughly exfoliated. It was a waste of $25.
