Its an ok place to work for but don't expect any overtime,and look to be treated like you don't you know anything.Watch out for this old guy name Ron Ely,he thinks since he is an engineer that he's smarter than anyone and God forbid if you are black you are really look at as being dumb.I was fired by Ron for wearing my wedding ring. Was told not to wear it while operating C.N.C Machine, haven't operated C.N.C since I started work for Ideal Steel.He stresses safety but puts himself in more danger than alittle bit.l
