Tow driver was uninterested in towing my car or situation. Tow driver said he was at the car when in fact we were and he wasn't. Called to see where he was and he said he had to make a stop. Called the shop to ask a question and I was yelled at and talked to like a dog! He yelled and said they don't have to tow my car and its up to the driver if he wants to tow it anyway! He even told me they don't have time to look for my car in a parking lot, when in fact it was park off to the side for them to see! Worst experience ever! I immediately called my insurance and had another tow sent out! If your looking for friendly customer service, this is not the company! Only if you want to be yelled at like something less than a dog!

When our automobile broke down, I was not the most pleasant person to the tow truck driver, nevertheless, he was calmed the whole time making small conversation until he finally said, "I'm here to help you, I'm sorry your car broke down." At that point I was feeling guilty for treating him so rude, but glad to know that he could overlook my frustation and got to work fast. He charged me $84 to tow my car from downtown to the tollway. It sure beats the city rate.
