I would suggest NOT going to this restaurant. I've been to this restaurant many, many times over the past several years and it was not bad at all. But, unfortunately I think it's getting worse and worse recently. The last (and final) time I went was THE WORST restaurant experience I've ever had. The place stunk really badly! The food was gross and fake tasting! I usually eat all my food or take my leftovers home b/c I hate to waste food. However, I couldn't even eat most of the food, and I definitely did not take any of it home. The people there were not professional! I did NOT enjoy my visit at all! There is nothing positive I can say about that visit. So I'm warning you now, go somewhere else, and if you realllly want IHOP go to another location far far away!

My husband and I went to IHOP on Wednesday 10-7 at 10pm. Our waiter was very polite and thorough. As I was leaving, my blouse rubbed up against the side of the table and gum was on my top from the stomach area to the side. I asked the waiter for something to get it off. He gave me a piece of ice and it didnt help. He and another staff member saw how upset I was and offered nothing to calm me down. Now I have to replace my blouse. It wont come out at all. I thought it was up to your staff to make sure my table clean of debris. I used to think IHOP was one of the nicer places to go. I may have to rethink that. Customer service is everything these days. My family goes to your restaurant every sunday after church. After this experience, that may change.
