Horrible service. I made an appointment with her, which was confirmed and showed up on time. When I came into her salon - on time, she was with another client, so I had to sit there for another half hr until she was done with that client. Very unprofessional. If you can't start your appointment you set up with your client on time, at least call the client, apologize and explain that you have taken another client during your other client's appointment. What a waste of time!
