We believe that everyone has an innate ability to achieve their highest ambitions, not everyone knows how to get there! We provide the skills with a biblical basis that will help to achieve the things God intended for you. For over 7 years, I have been helping people with stressful relationships or difficult circumstances, people who feel like emotional hostages experiencing emotional takeovers like anger or rage, frustration, confusion, fear, depression, or anxiety through relationship and family coaching with biblical principles and emotion management or DBT. I also specialize in working with individuals and their families who have been diagnosed with specific disorders, such as, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), or anxiety. Some people I help, simply want a better life!
