This place sucks, it took them 6 months to fix the elevator after Hurricane Harvey. It's never clean and smells like piss. They have no regard for reserved spots and let valets park in them anytime. The only edge they have is that monthly parking is slightly cheaper then other places. Emphasis on slightly.

Phone number listed is always busy! Can never get through to talk to someone and they charged my card 4 times in error!
