Provided by Doctor.comDr. Le may have helped some patients, but I think he clearly knows who has a chance of receiving relieft from his treatments and who doesn't. But, he will suck you in and tell you he will do wonderful things for you. Insurance doesn't pay for spinal decompression, and he is one of the highest out there. You have to pay at least $2800 to $3,000 up front, plus all his other add-ons like, supplements, shake to lose weight, orthodic inserts in shoes ($180), among other things. When about half way through I decided it wasn't helping me at all, he said he would "consider" returning the unused portion of my money. I went to a pain mgmt. dr. and I found injections work for months at a time to keep me pain free. When I approached Dr. Le again, that this was helping me and would he refund my money, there were NO return of phone calls, no answer to my letter, again after repeated calls. When I posted something on his website, he finally answered that it 'was not' the policy of his practice to refund money...something he never disclosed in the beginning. Yet, did tell my husband and I, face to face, he would think about it and did not mention any policy. That final letter after months of trying to get an answer from him, stated that this therapy "did not" help a good percentage of people...that also was not disclosed when I signed up for his treatments. I think he probably helps less people than he admits to, which leaves me with only one conclusion...he appears to care more for his money machine than his patients welfare. If he was a man of character, why wouldn't he return a portion of a patients money, which I am still paying for the loan on. What gives him the right to keep money for services he promises to deliver and clearly does not! He rarely administers treatment other than the first visit to sign you up. In my opinion, his adds are also very misleading. This was my experience with Dr. Le. I am writing this in hopes that other people will think twice and ask all the right questions before going into this. It was clearly easy to get and appt., but his attention to your welfare from then on is less than up to par. He clearly was not upfront with me about what I have mentioned in this review. Not all back pain is that easy to fix and we all have different a diagnosis. Just beware.
