I totally support you and thank you for posting this here, everyone in the Houston area have the right to know how awful the living situtation is at the Lodge Apts. I am now battling a simple maintenance routine check which has been going for 2 weeks that has not been properly fixed (NO AC for two weeks on the hottest day of the summer) I am through with these people, I beg everyone to read carefully all the online reviews which are very true about the living at the Lodge Apts. be careful do not fall for their lies.

Dear Jaw Equity,
During the inconvenient & costly ordeal of having my rental car towed over the weekend, having to pay $203.00 to recovery it & no one at Jaw Equity offering to compensate or make this awful situation right, one thing became apparently clear. The trend that that has made itself very obvious on the part of The Lodge Apts & Jaw Equity is that their tenants are not their primary concern.
As tenants we are expected to pay our rent in full by a certain date and if we do not, we are penalized with fees and/or possible eviction & we are expected to pay our (outrageous) water/utilities bills in a timely fashion or face possible eviction.
But Jaw Equity is allowed to get away with not fixing things in timely fashion or doing shoddy work that has to be done over several times.
You are allowed to cheat tenants with extreme water/utility bills charges & towing fees.
I am very disappointed in your managerial skills & management capabilities…Shame on you Jaw Equity.
I will not be renewing my lease with you & I would NEVER recommend anyone stay at any of your properties, especially The Lodge Apts. I will be making it my mission to inform and warn ALL tenants & potential residents by way of online reviews & word of mouth how unhappy & unsatisfied I am with your company & property.

Provided by YP.comFor a managment company that actually on site of my residence I figured this would be a flagship of professionalism and integrity. I was wrong on both accounts. The office staff changes quarterly which makes for incorrect and sometimes lost files and even lost leases. The office staff itself is poorly trained , inarticulate and flat out liars. The apartments are deteriorating at a rapid pace, after hurricane Ike when the power company had power restored it was poor maintence of equipment that led to power being out an additional week. Never have i dealt with an more uncaring abrasive company who prey on the hard working , honest clients and pander to the criminals and the fiscally unresponsible. This company is an example of the get the money and run attitude that is indicative of the troubles that plauge this great nation.
