Mr. Goldstein is an incredible, honest, and caring lawyer!!! Not hiring him would be a mistake! He saved my life and I am really grateful that he was my lawyer!!

Mr. Goldstein insisted that I pay his fees up front. I knew I was in trouble when I went to meet with him the day before my scheduled hearing. He had NOTHING in his file! No police report, no records only a receipt for the money I had paid him. He was suppose to be going into the courtroom with me the next MORNING! He insisted that I could go to the courthouse and he would meet me there. Turns out my case was rescheduled. I live in another state. Mr. Goldstein told me I absolutely had to return one month later for the resecheduled hearing. So I did! It was rescheduled again! I called the DA's office to find out what was going on...not my attorney Mr. Goldstein! It actually took my bondsman one phone call to find out I didn't need to be there and that I wouldn't have to appear in court because my case has never been filed!



I called Mr. Goldstein and requested a partial refund. He stated that he had no intention of giving me a refund. He had already "gone to court twice"! I requested an itemized receipt to show how my money was used! Nothing, nada! He told me I was "annoying him" and he HUNG UP ON ME! I'm still trying to get a partial refund. He did absolutely NOTHING to help me. He just took my money!
