Same as last reviewer. Doc is okay, but receptionist is consistently rude and Dr. Holt unfortunately condones her behavior. I have since left, and found a MUCH better doctor (and this one takes insurance!) 👍🏻

Rude staff and Jessica is not helpful at all herself. You will leave here feeling worse. They are only in this for the money and don't listen to you. They also will never return calls to patients.

Dr. Holt is genuine & cares about her patients! Honestly, she is "there" for you! Recognizes brain can be sick!!!

I have been to several Psychiatrists who have wasted my time, energy and MONEY. Some take this field as a business to profit and other don't. Previously, I was on the wrong medication, no one listened. I felt as if I was talking to a wall. Finally, I found Dr. Jessica B. Holt :-) WOW....she is a PHENOMINAL and UNIQUE MD Psychiatrist. She has helped me through my troubles. She is VERY UNDERSTANDING and CONSIDERATE and SUPER SWEET. Best of all she LISTENS and makes the most GENUINE and HONEST recommendations. Dr. Holt is a PRO when it comes to Medical-Management. Other psychiatrists kept forcing me to take SSRI's and my body did not respond to them. They actually made me sick. However, Dr. Holt found the specific medication that regulated my fluctuating moods. Believe me, with a background of Borderline Personality Disorder, 15 years of an Eating Disorder and Attention Deficit Disorder- I swear to you I am a normal person now. I don't flip, I don't binge/purge and I am not all over the place anymore. I am so happy and confident now that I owe it to her! Even my family swears by her. They cannot believe the changes. Today, when hard times knock me down, I am able to lift my head up and try again. Last but not least, she has a BIG HEART and is willing to help you as much as she can. There were times I couldn't afford my prescription drugs....she educated me on programs that existed out there and extended her arm for help.

Thank you so much Dr. Holt- I just wish there were more people like you out there!
