My home warranty co referred JTL. They were not available for a week & when an appt was finally made, they didn't show up at the time specified. When I called their office, they told me they had rescheduled my appt to another day. No one ever called me to reschedule. They finally came to my home a few days later & instead of replacing the 30 amp breaker on my box, they rewired the a/c to a 50 amp breaker. They lied to me & told me the breaker had been replaced. I paid them because I thought they had done the work they were hired to do. A month later, my main breaker goes bad. I called my warranty company, who referred me to JTL again. After several hours of waiting & several people coming by my home, the supervisor finally showed up to replace the main breaker. He would only replace it & not correct the previous problem that their contractor had caused. He was NOT paid & I asked him to leave my property & not come back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!
