Provided by YP.comI brought in a dress to be made. I paid up front $400.00. It took her 10 months to finish a job she said she would have ready for me in 2. I had to keep calling her. And she openly told me that she was working on other peoples dresses instead of mine because mine was for a festival in Oct and prom dresses were more pressing. I had to strong arm her into doing HER JOB. I will NEVER bring anything to her again.
The hem wasn't even even! the seams were puckered. The sleeves were done wrong. and she didn't sew the trims into the seams. I had to rip out half her work and do it over again.
I am so sorry to hear that you have a bad experience with the business. I am the new owner of the business, and I just started to take over 2 weeks ago. I am really sorry that you have such a unpleasant experience with the former business owner.
