Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They sent out a sign repair tech without the proper supplies, so he installed a used transformer to "fix" the sign and gave us a written 1 yr warranty that ends on 1/12/12. The sign stopped working properly in December 2011. 1 Month before the "warranty" expired, Robert refused to service the sign and will not honor the warranty.
The customer, Floors N More, asked that we replace a transformer with a “cheaper” used transformer which we did. (That was under warranty until 1/12/12) We did not perform work on the part of the sign that is no longer working; therefore it was not under warranty. Floors N More did not want to pay us to fix the broken side of the sign. Customer is disgruntled because he wanted something for free and did not receive it. Customer service is our #1 priority.
