Good customer service! Great selection on diamond and gold jewellery. They have layaway and financing available.

I wanted to let everyone know the great experience I have had at Kay Jewelers, getting an engagement ring for my fiancé. If you are looking to get engaged or looking for a jewelry store that you can trust , go to Memorial city mall Kay jewelers, great product for a reasonable price.

I loved the diamond Studs my husband bought for me from Sara Jewelers @ Memorial City Mall Location.

First of all, their markups are highway robbery. But, it's obvious they take advantage of people with less than optimal credit. Second, we tried to tell them that when we picked up the ring that the setting was crooked. They spoke to me and my fiancé like we were making it up. So much for good customer service. It was clear it was crooked. The lady then proceed to tell us she had to wait for the manager to look at it and they would get back to us. We then have to wait about another week to pick it back up just for them to tell us there is nothing wrong with it and they did absolutely NOTHING. It's been a whole 48 hours since we picked it back up and one of the diamonds is GONE! Really!??? Over $1,000 and less than 48 hours of wear and a diamond pops out?? This is ridiculous. They are the worst company I have ever made a purchase from. We would've been better getting a ring from Walmart it has been that horrendous of an experience! We are going up there tomorrow to see what they can do.
