I was attracted to real estate because of my desire for helping people. I have been a Texas Real Estate Broker since 1976, and have been assisting individuals with their real estate needs. Guiding them through the complicated process of the real estate transaction, on a part-time basis. Since 2004 I am focusing full-time on real estate brokerage services, and residential mortgages plus commercial loans, for home buyers. sellers and investors. Prior to becoming full-time in the the real estate profession, I worked for over 40 years in the petrochemical and offshore platform industry as a designer and estimator of pressure vessels for these plants. Now as a real estate professional, I bring the same attention to detail in managing the total real estate transaction for my clients.
