Not a good experience for me with this agent. The turnaround time promised to file a provisional application was 60-90 days, but after 180 days nothing had been filed. Throughout this time, there was very little in the way of communication or updates, even when requested. I eventually received a *partial* refund, and the provisional application was never filed.
