Provided by YPmobileI witnessed on the web cam a worker jerk my child by his arm. I called and complained. The directors response was "she said she jerked him by his shirt". Never once mentioned how the situation would be handled. Ironically an hour later I got a call to pick him up because he was misbehaving although I never saw it on camera. I kept him out the next day and on the day after I sent him back. Once again I got a call to come get him for misbehaving although once again I never saw it on camera. At that point I felt it was retaliation. Also the one good review on this site is from the director, shondra. As far as the web cam, the quality sucks and each day I logged in I had access to camera I shouldn't have access too.

Provided by YPmobileMy son is in the school age classroom. He loves being there so much that he gets upset when I get him early. The staff is always pleasant and the school is always clean. I would recommend kids world to anyone.

Provided by YP.comI would like to address the ALWAYS PLEASED's comment. If you think your child being bullying is whining, then you have blinders on, and you so need to check out other daycare facilities in your area because you're not in the best one. NOT even by a long shot. Also, for you to insult and judge me on what my expectations for my child's well being is very shallow to another mother. You shouldn't throw stones unless you know the truth. Yes, maybe you need to need to inquire from the other side before you start judging..
Our school BLOWS this daycare away. There's a wait list in our school, that's how great it is! Our new school isn't run by politically correctness, it's run with LOTS of love, hugs and encouraging teachers/staff. I literally thank God daily for our new school. She smiles and sings daily,... & sings the Star Spangled Banner. Yes, she learned it at her new school within 1 month! Best of luck!
As parents, we thought of letting it go on what happened to our child at this facility, learn from it and move on. After much thought, no child should be subject to any situation like this at any daycare facility. We could go through a list of incidents and conversations that we had with the director and teacher, but we not going to waste any more energy or time on this place. However, we will say this. We knew something wasn't adding up with our child's behavior and the staff oddness over last 4 months. We got confirmation when going through our child's artwork that was given to us by the daycare to find the teacher's journal notes of incidents and conversations, and record keeping of information from any and everything, to a scratch on our child. The journal was also twisted with lies of conversations we had with teacher. There was one particular incident that was told to me by director that did NOT come close to the teacher's journal notes. Meaning, someone is not/was not telling the truth, either the director or the teacher were lying. It was very black and white at that point what happened to our child during those months. We have spent the last month deprogramming our child not to think that she was in trouble or timeout or night terrors and stop soiling on herself. The emotional stress this daycare put on me as mother for months is unacceptable. No mother or father should go through this draining emotional roller coaster ride on what they put us through. There was never encouraging and support coming from this daycare during those last couple of months. It was continuously negative feedback from the front desk, confusion on what or when with communications and we can definitely confirm the staff or management was not promoting good behavior. Since we've stepped out of this nightmare, our child is doing EXCELLENT in her new school!!! She welcomed every morning with compassionate and encouraging staff and teachers and loving environment, AND hugs! She's in a HUGE classroom, adjusted well and promoted into the correct age group for her maturity. We discovered our daughter is hitting at a 4/5 level and continuously is learning now. It's amazing to see your child go from a miserable environment into loving and secured environment. It makes world of a difference... a HUGE lesson learned!!!! My child is HAPPY, giggling and smiling again! Did I forget to mention that she hasn't had ONE incident in her new school? Yep, not one. It makes me sad to know what my daughter must of been going through each day when I brought her into this miserable place. This will not happen to our child again.. I promise you that!
Helpful tip: go to dfps.state.tx.us AND SEARCH for a licensed child care center for violations and revokes. You'll be amazed by what you will find.
