Mr Kroom was very professional until the end... I asked to cremate my son Derek with his favorite brand new shoes and cologne but this did not happen. I still have yet to get them back! Next, he did not send the casket spread purchased by my sister to the crematory. Finally, to this day, he has not turned in paper work required to get my son's death certificate(he passed 10/31/2011). I cannot get ssi for my grandson, get Derek's money out from the bank etc. My Kroom will not even give me the courtesy of a return call. I don't bother him in hopes he will call me because this has been more stressful to have his wife text me back in anger like I'm the one starting something. All I want is my son's death certificate, shoe's and cologne. I would not recommend this funeral home not even to someone burying a dog after this ordeal. HE HIDES BEHIND HIS CELL PHONE! People are not perfect but they are understanding, if he has issues he should be the professional he says he is in his outgoing message and let someone know, like me; rather than no response and cause more pain. I'm just a mother wanting to move on and closure...

I attended a service for Ms. Esther Dykes and i can say they did a MARVELOUS job! the from the wake to the commital service- OUTSTANDING! she looked so natural like she was sleeping. THIS FUNEARL HOME IS A DIAMOND, and i will be entrusting myself and family to K. M. Crooms funearl.
