I like to read reviews so I can see how other's have experience services so I wanted to share my experience with this salon/owner. I located this salon via the internet & booked an appt. I spoke to the owner & set the appt with ease & received a confirmation via text. The day of the appt I received a text message from the owner/stylist stating Centerpoint was working on a power line or grid & power would be off for a few hrs so the appt had to be cxld. I picked up the phone & called to reschedule for the next day plus I expressed I was in a wedding therefore I had to have my hair done. I arrived that Friday morning & waited over 40 mins but no one showed up to open the salon. I called the owber & was told he was on his way but he didn't show so I texted him I was disappointed and leaving. The next day I received a call from the owner apologizing & explaining what happen & offering his services to do my hair. I scheduled another appt on yesterday at noon. After waiting 12mins and still again no one showed and the salon was closed I left. Lesson here that I have learned is that time is valuable and one's word use to mean something. I am surly disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown by the owner and have found a wonderful professional stylist just around the corner off Bloddgett at Nature's Course.....ask for Marcus. Everyone LOVED the style he gave me!

The atmosphere of the salon is very NeoSoul and I so love that. The owner was WONDERFUL.... I am in great hopes that this is the start of a long lasting relationship to keep my locs maintained. He understands Customer Service and Great looking locs!
