Very bad experience with substitute pharmacist, Elvia S. I had a refill available that she refused to refill. Pharmacy manager is gone til Wed. I was going out of town and could not wait 3 days. Very disappointed with the poor treatment. Normally the regular pharmacist, Ava is kind and helpful.
