Provided by YP.comMy husband and I have rented many limo's ourself as well as been in many with friends. This limousine service is by far the worst we have encountered. To save you some time reading I will get to the crazy ending we had (this is just the ending that broke the camels back). We had a total of 20 people that we invited to a club downtown. Upon leaving the club we found out that our driver had parked in a no parking spot to pick us up. The cops asked him to move and he obviously popped off because they asked him for license and registration. Low and behold the driver did not have a driver license. The owner Dennis was notified and said he was on his way to pick us up. He never showed 2 hours later. Remember there is 20 of us stranded in downtown Houston at 4 am. So we all had to take taxis to our drop off location. Dennis was called the following morning and a partial refund was requested. He said he would get it to us and now 1 month later still no refund or complimentary service delivered. Dennis actually yelled at me over the phone (yes I am a female) and had no accountability in this situation. There are many limo services in Houston and this should be the last one you contact.

Provided by YP.comLimo broke down and left 11 girls stranded on the curb downtown for 2 hrs. General Manager, Cathy, would not refund money or give us credit for a Saturday night like we paid for. This company will steal your money and you get nothing but horrible service in return.
Unfair statements made by Client. Yes, the vehicle broke down; however, the Client AGREED TO WAIT for the Hummer (upgrade) to arrive. Three members of the party waited with the driver while the other members proceeded to the Club. As soon as the Hummer arrived, the Client was offered 2 additional hours for the time lapse. Client refused the extended time offered, proceeded with their party and were happy at the end of services. The following Monday, a surprising request was made by the Client for refund or some type of compensation for the time lapse. No monies are refunded as stated in the agreement signed by the Client. The GM acted with "CUSTOMER CARE" and extended a complimentary 2 Hours service Sunday thru Thursday no expiration date. Again, the offer was declined.
