Called in asking about a present for my son and received extremely rude customer service. I will never buy anything from this store.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!

Do not use this Guy His name is Faisal!!!!

He is NOT even licensed, he uses a third party to get permits.

He lied over and over again, made me pre-pay for the permits and instillation, took more money than the he should have and when i asked for a receipt he did not give me one until a few weeks later. When i asked this thief to refund me the remaining money it took him another 2 weeks to give me a check.

This guy DOES NOT DESIGN, he made my sign look like a grade 3 kid did it.

They installed it crooked, and the electric light does NOT even turn on. And he's not coming back to fix it. I have to pay a third party to fix his faulty sign!!



Trust me guys DONT USE HIM!!!! HES A SCAM ARTIST!!!!
