I have had a great experience, every time I reach out to our LOGIX manager John Tincler he gets anything I need done super fast and sometimes at the last minute notice from me. He sends me over training materials if I do not know how to do something also. I can always count on him to help our office and myself. Thank you John! Logix is lucky to have you.

I signed up with them a few years back, biggest mistake I ever made. Now I'm stuck in a contract and they won't work with me at all. 900+ a month for 3 T1's that I'm not using. I get 3x the speed with another company for a 3rd of the price. Don't sign a contract with them you will regret it.

We switched to Logix Communications about 6 months ago. The transition was very difficult particularly with international calling. Logix blocked calls we were making to international numbers and when I called their customer service people, I was given a different explanation each time. It took some time and costs us money to get the problems resolved. Then we received the news that we had to move our business because the office building we were leasing space in was sold to a company that was going to occupy the entire building. We found a new spot only 8 miles from our old site. However, Logix Communications said that they could not service the new location, and that we would have to continue to pay our 3 year contract or the cancellation fee. This is a scam. I would not want anyone to make the mistake of switching to Logix Communications and get caught in this way.

Absolutely 100% unhappy with Logix. We were duped into a phone and internet plan that was supposedly the best internet speed available anywhere. When our outsourced I.T. person came in to do some work on our computer system, he informed us that he hadn't seen internet this slow in years. When I contacted Logix to get a quote on upgrading the internet speed, the quote was 3 times what we already paid. I contacted Comcast for a quote and got 100x the speed for half the price of what we pay Logix. Also, for the phones, we have had static on the line for 4 months. Every time I speak with a technician, which has been about 6 times now, they say they will follow up with me. No one ever has. I keep having to call to report the problem and their lazy asses think they can handle it on their end when it is obviously a physical problem with the lines. They are doing every thing they can to not send someone out. If that means not calling back the customer, then so be it. I'm so over this company and I am considering pursuing legal action to get out of the contract which still has a year left.

Stay away. I signed a 5 year ...

Stay away. I signed a 5 year contract. for 538.00 per month. At the end of the contract they are charging me a 250.00 disconect fee and 35.00 service charge. Their contract reads "Subject to Tariffs, Laws and Regulations.' This means they can charge you anything they want. I signed up with Comcast for 233.80 per month. They have been overcharging me for 5 years. Stay away.
