Provided by YP.comFirst off, our service through LOGIX has been VERY VERY stable for years. The first ever issue arose 07/01/2020 with an intermittent loss of connection speed.
LOGIX tech support [German and J] were both prompt and patient with me in troubleshooting the issue (usually issues like the one we were experiencing are on the user side, not the provider). There happened to be a very bad storm at the time, which usually has no effect on our LOGIX fiber service, and a similar but completely unrelated issue with a third party IP phone server that was in our area but that we do not use. Both issues caused a perfect storm of confusion on both our parts. But even though the IP phone server issue was affecting hundreds of LOGIX customers, and it seemed like my issue was on my end. German and J still took the time out to troubleshoot my issue and listen to me even though all logic and reason pointed to the issue being the fault of my equipment, and as such, completely out of their control. We finally whittled the issue down to a recursive error in one of LOGIX's servers that myself and only 1 other client happened to be on at the time. They shunted us through a different server and we were good to go!
